A chicory mill from 1873,now the valley's most romantic address.
Eighteen thousand square feet of brick, timber and firelight, wrapped in rose gardens, crape myrtle and native oaks on the banks of the San Joaquin River.
Guests arrive along a rose-lined walkway, past eight raised brick beds strung with white lights, into an open-air courtyard with a fountain and a second-story balcony above it. From there the property opens into the River Room, Roasting Room, Winery Room and a series of smaller rooms, each with its own temperament — hosting anywhere from 80 to 350 guests.

Bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony pieces and fresh centerpieces are part of the wedding package — not a separate vendor.
One kitchen, one standard

Coordination on site
Parking attendants, service staff and an on-site coordinator are built into every event, so nothing is left to chance.

Celebrations that stay with people
Couples, families and companies have been gathering here for more than thirty years.
“We toured six venues and stopped looking the moment we walked through the gardens. The oaks, the brick, the fountain — our photographs look like a European estate.”
Alyssa & Marc · Classic Evening Wedding “Everything was already handled — flowers, cake, linens, coordination. I spent my wedding day with my family instead of on my phone.”
Priya S. · Garden ceremony, 180 guests “We host our annual leadership conference here. Breakfast, lunch and the afternoon break run like clockwork, and the Board Room keeps the day focused.”
Daniel R. · Corporate conference “The Roasting Room at Christmas, with that fireplace going, is the most beautiful party room in San Joaquin County.”
The Whitfield Family · Holiday celebration
